Membership is open to all US Citizens over the age of 17 who have clean criminal records and who want to serve their communities by teaching and responding to emergencies.
Our members come from all different career fields including marketing, education, police, EMT, and manufacturing. Previous military experience is not required.
The fee membership is $55.00, which includes initial membership warrant, ID card, one shoulder patch, one flag patch and one TCD uniform tape, one black TCD shirt and one black TCD cap.
Annual dues of $20.00 begin the year following the first complete year of membership.
Applications may be downloaded but membership will not be confirmed without a personal interview with board members. You must also agree to a criminal background investigation.
